My movement journey began in Argentina, sparked by a love for sports and a search for stress relief. Yoga quickly became my foundation—a practice that brought both physical balance and inner calm. After moving to the U.S., I deepened my commitment by earning my 200-hour yoga certification in 2020. Seeking a more intentional, anatomy-informed approach, I discovered LYT Yoga and completed my Level 2 / 500-hour certification in 2022.
